AI Strategy & Transformation Consultant

The Opportunity

Help organizations identify, prioritize, and execute high-value AI initiatives. You'll work with executive and functional leaders to turn business challenges into practical AI roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand business goals, workflows, and constraints.
• Assess AI readiness across data, technology, people, governance, and processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and time to impact.
• Create AI strategies, implementation roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Support change-management planning and adoption programs.
• Partner with technical teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in consulting, digital transformation, product strategy, operations, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing AI, automation, analytics, or technology-transformation strategies.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to connect technical possibilities to commercial and operational outcomes.
• Experience in one or more industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, professional services, manufacturing, or SaaS is a plus.
